Lotte Johansen
Lotte Johansen is a senior developer at FINN.no. Primarily a backend developer, she has been engaged in accessibility work since 2014 when she founded the accessibility group at FINN with other developers and designers. She is an experienced speaker, having presented at CSUN, JavaZone, microXchg and WebRebels. In 2019 she was awarded “Tech Role Model” by Women in Tech Norway. Lotte is in the jury for the DOGA Innovation Award for Universal Design 2020.

Humans are hard wired social animals. We use role models to learn about what it means to be human, and how to be human in the “correct” way. Role models play a part in human growth in other ways than we might think. We will explore different areas within psychology and how they connect to personal growth.
Ina Torgersen
Ina Torgersen is a self-proclaimed people geek with an academic background in organizational psychology and pedagogy. She thrives on using knowledge from these and other fields to create best practice solutions to people and organizational leadership. The past four and a half years she has worked with talent acquisition and talent management at Netlight. She is a colleague, mentor, team-mate, leader, follower and perhaps to some even a role model.
